We would like to start off November's post by saying thank you once again to everyone who came down to our Five Dead Blondes book launch on Halloween. We had an incredible night, it really does mean a lot to us that you all came to support us and bought a copy of the book! We hope you all enjoy reading it, please do let us know what you think!
In other news, we are currently working with new author David Budd on his dark fantasy novel, The Shadow Man, which we will be releasing soon in 2020. The story follows the experience of a young man called Stephen as he falls for the beautiful and mysterious Faith, a traveller who's staying just out of town. The more time Stephen spends with Faith, the more he learns about her friends and lifestyle, and soon discovers that Faith and her twin brother Thomas have a unique and dangerous gift...
We think David's work is wonderfully written and we can't wait to share more about it with you soon!
We are currently open to submissions for novels, as well as seeking short stories for a collection we would like to publish in late 2020. The theme for this collection is 'the supernatural', and we ask that submissions have a minimum word count of 3,500 and a maximum of 7,000. We will be selecting 7 stories for this collection, and the deadline for submissions will be February 24th 2020.
